Mains – Choice of Four

• Barramundi fillets in panko breadcrumb, potato chips, lemon and house tartare sauce
• Tasmanian Salmon fillet grilled, with green herb crust, tomato concasse, whipped fetta, mediterranean salad with capers
• Fillet Mignon steak (200 gram), wrapped in bacon, Cafe de Paris butter, steamed broccolini,  potato chips 
• Spaghettini pasta prawns, scallops, mussels, fish, fresh tomato, garlic, olive oil

For Groups of 15 or more. 3 Hours for $55 per person or 4 Hours for $65 per person. Drinks packages commence from the time of your booking.  Drinks Packages include the following:
